venice.ai uncensored api. i actually wrote a wp plugin, that will rewrite articles from a feed using the api. if you want to take a look at it. send me a dm on telegram user bunnysnacks

I've got a solution that includes a story creation / adult billing compliant.

for just titles you probably don't need a fully uncensored model tbh. titles aren't explicit, they're clickbait - most mainstream apis (deepseek is dirt cheap) will write "spicy" adult blog titles fine if you prompt it as marketing copy instead of asking for the actual content. the refusals usually kick in on the body text, not the headlines.
if you want zero refusals + full control, running an abliterated/uncensored open model yourself is the move. an 8B llama or qwen finetune on ollama or vllm - titles are short so even a cheap gpu (or honestly cpu) handles the throughput and your per-title cost is basically nothing. venice is fine too if you don't wanna host anything. openrouter's also worth a look, you can swap providers and some are way more lenient than others without touching your code
