I've got a religious parody project that requires some lines spoken like a the Islamic call to prayer and plus a Qur'an recitation.*Don't worry there will be zero mention of the prophet Muhammed, Allah, etc. - I only need the 'style'*

For this kind of search I would include accent, country or region, script length, audio-only or video, and whether adult wording is involved. Native speaker is the first filter; comfort with the exact niche is the second.

Of course, I've already implemented all the obvious criteria and have gotten no where. The problem is INDIA. It seems like it's always INDIA.

Increasing how much you pay doesn't make a positive difference. It's actually the opposite because the more you offer the more it attracts INDIA. Fiverr should just rename itself Hindustan because at least it would be honest.
