Porn in 2026 and where the money is
The mistake many make is not to understand porn in 2026.
Porn became free for many years, with such as tubes and so on. These generated millions of views, but did result in some sales for the website owners. In reality it was like a burger bar giving millions of burgers away for free in the hope of selling a few. Except because people were seeing the vids at no cost to the owner of the films, they just looked at it as advertising. In truth it simply meant people who may have joined your site did not as they could see everything free. On the flip side it was free advertising, but one that generated a loss. This also made pay sites look cheap. In the same way magazines giving away free music CD's made the CD market look rubbish. But Onyfans and webcams took over. Rather than content made by people who did it for money and had little interest in the content (just putting out the same generic porn like all others). The Onlyfans and webcams offered a personal one on one service. So rather than having generic porn, in the same way you can go to any city in the world and have the same generic burger, the Onlyfans and webcams offered a prime service. And this is the mistake of many. They offer a generic bland service rather than something special. If you want to make money in porn, my advise is ask yourself what is your USP (unique selling position). What do you offer that others do not? That will be the difference between making huge cash and just getting a few sales. My advise is stop trying to copy the latest trend, do somthing different.

Agree on USP. The sites that still make sense to me are not just throwing clips at traffic, they are building specific reasons to come back: personality, fresh custom content, trust, and a clean buyer path. Generic libraries are hard to defend now.

How to make money in 2026.
Create a platform that sells access to maps to street hookers. Then buy or rent a cheap house where they can fuck their clients. Move your servers to Russia when the American and British government starts to have a virtue signalling meltdown. |
