wowza. she'd be beautiful if she'd lose the makeup, overprocessed hair and lip/cheek fillers and do her face yoga though, she has awesome bone structure. losing that much weight without working the facial muscles leads to that really unhot sunken, frozen and hollowed out look. the fillers make the 'smile' look painful. real faces have movement, and it's evident all her face muscle has wasted away. she looks like a caricature of a human being

feel bad for her, you know it's maybe gone too far when even I'm thinking she lost a bit too much

being real she probs needs to spend some time away from LA and the spotlight and work on getting better. it's not like that would mean getting fat again

just watched the video posted by (too much time on his hands) OP

hard to watch. aside from the evident grief written all over her face I noticed she needed help climbing a few stairs. that's cuz her thigh muscles atrophied to the point they can't support her weight. also probs hella dizzy too

reminiscent of me at 16, 65 lbs, hauling myself up onto streetcars with my arms as my legs couldn't do it. also I couldn't see straight. by 18 I got up to 85 lbs. at 5' 8". 'great achievement' as to social acceptability but in retrospect I was still so sick

I got up to over 20 at one point but over the past year between 18 and 19 BMI and I feel well

my neighbors are so good to me. they make me food I love (jerk tofu with no oil, pumpkin soup with peppers-again no oil), bring me guineps and mango in season and never pressure me to eat anything. rather they bring over this tasty stuff I can actually eat and distract me with their presence while I do so. and never nag me on how much I eat in one sitting

they're so careful with me and while I so appreciate it, I just wish it wasn't an ordeal to overcome. they've made it into a non-ordeal, it's just I wish it wasn't something they needed to strategize, as they clearly did. my fault, and I love them to bits for everything they do for me


have at least worked up to them letting me wash the dishes and glasses afterward. that was a hurdle

somehow their presence in my life helps break that hunger/food/eating/shame loop

honestly if I still lived in Canada I don't know if I'd be alive right now

I wrote some exercises to Mz G privately, but posting something I hope will be of help for any of you who have younger daughters into tiktok and such where apparently ED-level thin is in again. once ED gains hold it's really difficult and not something one can switch off. stop it before it gets it's clutch

take your daughter to a therapist if:

she stops talking to you. she's dealing with something she feels you can't handle. nor can she

claims she is not hungry and makes excuses for not eating

exhibits rapid bouts of nervous energy workouts that last for hours, or turning everything into a 2 min workout (there's a diff between doing squats when filling a dishwasher or shoveling snow and doing a lunge or leg lift for every step across a room)

dramatic weight loss (obviously)

if you're a fam that does regular dinners and she stops attending cuz...[insert reason]


re therapists betterhelp would be a good place for her to start


have been really open as to my ongoing struggle with anorexia, and struggle is the word. don't fault my parents for not recognizing what I needed way back then as they had no experience and thought they were doing their best respecting my space which I appreciate, but just passing on what I hope may help others

obvs not an issue for this Osbourne chica, but for those with young 'uns, help your girl drop kick this ish before it takes hold if you notice the signs

watching it felt like the mom dragged her out for shock value, or perhaps to take away attention from how badly she fucked up her own appearance. what is it with these people who get botox and fillers, horribly ageing and seems to cause a special version of body dysmorphia. rule number one don't fuck with your face. and what should be obvious: don't use your grieving child (adult or not) as a prop. ugh. that video really bothered me
