Those vaccines were life-saving and Joe is risking a deadly COVID infection without boosting up.

Pfizer's studies show that the vaccine is completely safe. Only a Trump-tarded anti-vaxxer science denier would choose to ignore science.

Dude are u not hearing me I went to hospital due to vaccine

You probably went to the hospital due to a COVID infection you had, not the vaccine. The vaccine is the most tested and safe medication on Earth. Billions and billions of doses and how many proven deaths?

0.

Anti-vaxxers and Trumpers will try and tell you it is dangerous and has killed people, but those are just anti-science lies.

Mr Pheer 03-15-2026 11:46 PM

Get up and go for a walk.

4 years ago on this very morning, the ICU Dr told me I was too sick now to survive a liver transplant surgery, and they were moving me to palliative care that evening. He told my wife to discuss my final arrangements, because I would pass within hours after they transfer me.

That afternoon, Dr walks in, says hey Mr Smith, a donor liver has become available, if you accept we will schedule the transplant and you'll be in surgery within hours. So I accepted, of course.

Even after dying in surgery, even after being brought back and let me tell you the next 6 days was a trip through hell... and coming down with pneumonia after that, in the ICU, going through what you're feeling, PLUS being on dialysis 3x a week for 4 hours at a time and feeling like 99% of your life force was sucked out each time, you spend the entire rest of the day just recovering from that.. I still had to get up and go walk.

Just do it anyway. You'll only be failing yourself if you dont push though the suck. Get your support system in place, friends or family if you have them close... you'll often discover during a time like this that some of your friends are amazing, and a whole lot are better off being ghosted when you're feeling better.

Good luck man.

Today, from my labs you wouldn't know I ever had a liver problem in my life. I only ended up being on dialysis for 5 weeks, my kidneys recovered and are better today than most people my age. I really keep what I put in my body in check these days and I'm doing great.

Like Rhonda said, expect a lifestyle change but only if you push through the recovery first.

Huggles 03-16-2026 12:07 AM

True. The sight of nature (including glistening girls jogging without a sports bra) while taking a stroll will do good to your recovery.

VikingMan 03-17-2026 02:55 PM

Consider a therapy/service dog. In addition to them perhaps saving your life bringing your meds in an emergency it will also calm you and get you out walking multiplies a day.

So I add a clip like ive done 1000 times. They rejecyt clip saying model releases are altered or cropped so unable to approve . I scream at them in 5 emails showing its same release I always use. Not Altered not cropped. Scanned properly and these DUMB STUPID IDIOTS say sorry our mistake and approve clip. Dozens and dozens of times with these complete asshats.

this might be part of the problem. no disrespect, just being real. I've never worked cs but know peeps who have. rude clients back of the line, no real eagerness to solve issues even when addressed

is that right? erm, probs not, but would you extend effort to someone who treated you like ish? probs not

c4s has wicked cs. you have no idea how much of a PITA I've been to them over multiple things throughout the years. latest being the other day uploading a clip and all of a sudden pricing gone from the first step

I saved, went back to edit, switched studios to check another, changed browsers, pricing field still gone

hit up c4s cs chat and they solved it for me in 3 mins (it's now on the last step at 'publish')

thanked the dude and wrote apologies that he may be getting a lot of queries about that. he replied with a very professional version of 'gyal, you have no idea'. not his fault the takeover of c4s and switch to new system has been a mindfuck. at least c4s (for now) is one of the few sites left that has cc permission for the keyword 'mindfuck' :1orglaugh

that's not your issue, but next time you upload a clip, pricing is on the last page at publish/schedule

the point is though, if you approach angry, burn bridges and lack patience, when you need to solve a prob or escalate an issue you will have fewer resources

personally not prone to anger but man oh man do I lack patience. so I learned to focus on goal-oriented problem solving. yelling at cs workers on any site/service is not good for them, you, nor will it get you closer to your goal

Viking's idea of a therapy dog is interesting, if you're a dog person. think any animal in terms of enhancing emotional resilience and vigor fits the bill is you mesh. my cat and goat are daily therapy with laughter alone

if you're a dog person and up for it, adopt a shelter pup. even an older dog will be so happy you can train them to do anything

it's not exactly that I feel sorry for people who don't have pets but more just a "dang, you're missing out on so much" thing

as stress is one of your issues, yeah AMA, get a pet. ultimate stress-reliever, and as you bond you'll find you learn to cope with external stressors in ways that don't impact your pet

and by extension your dealings with c4s cs/life aggravations

which ends up with less strain on your heart and all those blood vessels working hard to keep it pumping

this probably sounds like a lecture but I don't mean it to be. from a place of pragmatism be good to cs workers and yourself, and consider getting a companion animal

(and hope you have no further snafus with ID/release uploads)

good luck on your recovery Joe

Well first I have 2 cats. Ive had pets for the last 25 years.
I see your points but you have no idea what compliance puts me thru
I upload the same style model releases all the time.
dozens of times. many dozens , they have said releases are cropped or missing pages which they never are
ANother lot of times they actually say model releases are computer generated.. i mean fucking really.
Support is no help as all they do is copy and paste answers.

All that being said i very much appreciate your advise and will try my best to apply your words.

Pop 5 niacin tablets every morning. Don’t eat anything with enriched wheat flour. There is a reason people spend the summer in Italy eating pasta and lose weight as they don’t allow that crap there. There is a French bakery I frequent and they import all their flour from France. Americans are garbage disposals.

dyna mo 03-22-2026 09:26 AM

Do not take 5 niacin pills a day.

studies show excessive niacin intake creates a compound (4PY) linked to inflammation, vascular damage, and a higher risk of heart attacks and strokes. High-dose niacin can cause liver damage, bleeding, and severe stomach issues, making it hazardous without strict medical supervision

Yeah same corrupt psychos who told people to get 7 covid boosters and wear 3 bacteria rags on your face while standing a magical 6 feet away from your loved ones. How did that all work out? There is a reason I am in my 50s and even though I smoke and drank and did piles of coke for a couple decades, I can out-hike most 20-year-olds on the mountain. Garlic, k2, niacin, beets
I will never forget driving back from Kalispell Montana during the peak of the pandemic where everyone was just going on with their normal lives (because they have brain activity) and driving into the loser Karen states where people insisted on masks and telling them to suck my dick slamming down cash at the register and walking out. Absolute morons. “I’m calling the police”. Me: “go for it homo”.

When you're on the floor with chest pains, getting tunnel vision, that dog running to your nightstand to grab your nitro pills or an aspirin can be a fucking lifesaver.

But hey buddy... don't listen to anyone. Well, listen to the cardioloist.

Hey, why dont you just ask your cardiologist about a service dog, maybe you'll take HIS advice :thumbsup

Damn, glad you caught that before it was fatal. I know I need to get in to see a doctor myself. Heart palpitations and weird chest pains now and then though my BP seems ok. I've always been worried its some kind of blockage. The health care in Canada sucks though, they don't want to do anything unless you are half dead on the ground.

My heart was at 45 percent function wasnt pumping enough blood causing fluid buildup in my lunds and legs. I had 2 options. Bypass surgery or put stents in. I went the stent route. It worked good so far but need go back do the other artery. Even tho no open heart surfery it really messes you up for a long while especially with all the meds.
BIG POINT IS CHECK YOURSELVES OUT. Get exams and bllod work done as you never know. Doc said I was a week away at most from not being here anymore.Im still not out of the woods yet and still chance I may need bypass surgery but so far so good,
