Semantics are for children and art students. Go play ball somewhere else.

No semantics is what words mean. Words mean something. You are just a flat out liar, pure and simple. You are obtaining sales by fraud. That's semantics in its best sense, not its pejorative sense.

No user has come back unsatisfied to date. I think that says something about the quality of our product.

You know what..... The server companies complain about spam because it takes up bandwidth and storage space..... But what about this program?

more like the quality of the content you're helping them steal.

edit: not steal, but harvest in large quantities.

How many of your users have the capacity to test your false claim? That was a rather amateurish attempt to change the subject from the one of the fact that you make a now admittedly fraudulent claim and the fact that your customers are incapable of detecting the fraud. That just makes it a very efficient fraud, doesn't it?

So? Any transfer of content requires the permission of the content owner. Can I have a list of my content you transfer so I can bill you for it?

Knowing how things go on GFY, sometime soon someone is going to contact your hosting service anyway. PLUS, either you actually are in Singapore, in which case I hope you like the taste of the cane, OR your WHOIS will be taken down until it has real information in it.

Your logic is flawed. ImageSlurp is a web browser designed for a specific purpose. It is exactly the same as IE or Netscape, except it has certain features they dont, and vice versa. There's no thieving involved. Its a choice people make on how they browse the web.

Don't fucking lie. How odd that you, signed on as juicybucks, brought up ImageSlurp, a program who's website is hosted on the same IP as juicybucks, the same network, the same server, the same nameservers. GEE, what a coincidence!! :1orglaugh

Personally I don't give a shit about your ghey program, it is your pack of lies that annoy me. Then again, you are lying to a bunch of people who think Sobe content is a good deal, and Like Whoa is the best hosting company this side of pluto.....

asuna 06-05-2003 07:22 PM

100!

Fletch XXX 06-05-2003 07:29 PM

any real program would have a dedicated server, therefore, anyone who shares a server with this is most likely the same.

is he juicybucks or not?

is this a safe assumption?

curiously drunk.

I have never signed on as juicybucks. ImageSlurp may work closely with JuicyBucks, but it is not JuicyBucks. Its no lie. My annoyance comes from people like who seem to think they have a clue.

You're overlooking the thievery of offering them, for example, all 80,000 of my images online and not being able to deliver? Besides, your marketing is not browser marketing. I know what browser marketing looks like and your main page is not marketing a browser, it's marketing a way to pirate content.

Ah...you are opening up. Sooo, ImageSlurp now works closely with JuicyBucks, huh? How long until you admit you are JuicyBucks? I have a clue, which would more than likely explain why I sense you becoming more and more defensive in this thread. :1orglaugh

p00p 06-05-2003 07:33 PM

Also, do you consider ImageSlurp to be a legitimate program being sold by legit people?

Perhaps you need to think outside the square. Fresh ideas in marketing can yield good results. Look at some of the largest adult sites to emerge in the last 6-12 months.

You are so fresh you can't afford hosting, or don't have the brains cells to at least try and seperate your program from Juicy Bucks? Fool!

you're not making any sense ....
so a webmater puts up a tgp, and the whole idea is for someone to view it and download the images, this software just downloads the images and gives links to those tgp's.

Why don't you downlod a copy of the software, you're really just talking shit ...

it looks all legal and fine to me. The stuff about "the software the adult industry is trying to ban" is just hype. Sounds like you can't read between the lines...

Nobody ever said we can't afford hosting. We just dont need it. We never made the connection between jb and ImageSlurp either. You did. We are separate, its just people like you trying to put us together.
