Been diving into adult for about 3 weeks now. Started with the usual: CrackRevenue, Smartlinks, BeMob, and building my own LPs.

The reality check hit fast... running traffic to SOI Smartlinks is a grind and the payouts are tiny. It's been tough to see any real margin there.

However, I stumbled into a different opportunity. I met a guy who owns three erotic massage spas. I pitched him a test to run local campaigns on TrafficStars to drive leads to his WhatsApp.

We’ve been live for a few days with Native ads and honestly? The numbers look great. The CPC is cheap and the flow to the LP is actually converting into real inquiries, which feels a lot more rewarding than fighting for crumbs on generic offers.

My goal is to hit $1.5k/month so I can quit my 9-5 and do this full-time.

My plan is to close this guy on a monthly retainer and maybe move him to Google Ads too since he's looking for a media buyer.

What do you guys think? Should I stop chasing the "affiliate dream" for now and focus on building a local adult agency? Is this local lead gen path more sustainable for a beginner, or am I missing something?

If you were in my shoes starting today, what would be your move?
