Looking for input: what should an X automation FAQ cover?

I recently opened up a Twitter (X) automation tool that I've been using internally for some time.

Now that it’s live, I want to build the FAQ based on real questions instead of assumptions.

If you were considering trying an X automation tool, what would you want clarified first?

What would you want answered before even signing up or testing it?

If anyone is open to sharing questions or concerns, I’m happy to offer a free trial as a thank-you. No sales pitch, just trying to document things properly.
