Ever try SilverCash?
I recently switched to them and started promoting one of their sites. Ok granted its still early to have a level ratio, but they are making magic already! Only 6 days into the program and i have sent a few signups, and im currently: 1:226 (to first page) 1:69 (to second page) 1:19 (to join page) Seem to be working quite well, and figured they deserve a plug! http://www.silvercash.com
