Take directfiesta for example. He is from Canada so I don't usually pay much attention when he starts rambling on about how stupid I am.

Im confused. You mean Iraq is a mess? But I saw them embrace their great white christian liberators. Surely we dont have to worry about the populace having automatic weapons. They love us... they are grateful for the peace and stability we have brought to the region.

Ok. What I know is from reading and listening to other sources of knowledge. Then, by making sure it is valid. And I am often in the States for business, so I have an interest. I really have no interest for Burma ( military dictatorship: when are the US going to liberate) or Tanzania.

It is normal to have an interest in a country and people that do influence your own country and life.
