every one of those cards is linked to the entire life profile of the "owner" - which i say sarcastically, because they don't technically own anything that the govt doesn't allow them to own.

they can use a VPN to check out your site - (and avoid my network-wide block of China and HK) - but they still can't buy. the VPN didn't save their bank from being connected to your site.
