Rant Caramel Cash (SwallowBay) scammers did not pay

Another VR porn sponsor scam.

I noticed that popular VR porn site SwallowBay.com had a new site (AsianSexVR.com), so I thought I'd log into my dashboard (first time in a few months) to grab the links. I have a good domain for it - 'AsiansVR.com'.

Anyway, I couldn't log in because it said my account is not available. The contact form wasn't working either, so I contacted them via SwallowBay customer support. They replied almost immediately saying they had abandoned their affiliate program due to a fraud issue. I asked them if I had been paid my outstanding balance as I can't remember ever being paid by them, even though I had sent them a sale every week or so for over a year. They replied saying that if my account had reached the minimum of $500 i would have been paid.
I asked them how would I know if my account had reached that limit as I can't log in, and they haven't replied.

I did not receive any notification that they had closed their affiliate program (which seems to hae been in April or May), so I was still promoting them all this time.

There is an old thread on here from when they first shut down the program.. must have been 2-4 years ago..?

I know for a fact they did pay some that contacted them, but I'm sure the ones that didn't contact them got treated like you..

Thanks, I somehow missed that thread at the time. I doubt if they are going to pay me now without legal action. As I don't have access to my affiliate account, I don't know what they owe me and whether it is worth it. I can't remember them ever paying me, so I would guess that the rebills must have pushed me above $500 since they closed.

If SexLikeReal are the same company it means they are based in Slovenia and I could pursue it under the EU small claims procedure. I have to do it anyway for the Pornify.CC scammers who are based in Cyprus and owe me $2K.
