The key is being suggestive without being explicitly graphic in your descriptions.

honestly I doubt the issue is the above. CIM is an entire category there. 'take a load' is compliant. would guess 'dump a load' is not (sorry CS)

either that or the 'flesh' word


AMA, something happened with c4s and you can probably surmise along with me what that something was; their system is now way stricter than what typical cc processing requires. iwc has followed suit though, it's not a very fun time to be processing for anything fetish-related in the current climate

yes it's a huge PITA and I've had some really good clips that were consistent sellers over time (all in the mesmer category) rejected as well, but honestly I'm glad c4s is doing whatever the fuck they need to do to keep the site running and accepting payments. I suspect they've incorporated AI into their scanning for compliance process and that stuff doesn't always have the best grasp of the nuances of language

they're still a top clip site with it's own traffic and unlike MV don't make you jump through a zillion hoops to even update your payout info

what I'm confused about is you stating that they deleted performer profiles...that wouldn't be a 'bad word' issue would it? (I'm asking, I don't know)

have you written to support? it can be a bit of a back and forth but it's worth it to get the issue solved

first, find out what the bad word is, if that is the issue. (again, doesn't make sense if they deleted a ton of vids that I assume don't have the same description, all my clips deleted did contain the same word that used to be allowed but now isn't)

if it's an issue of performer compliance doing a batch re-update of a few hundred clips won't take more than 5-10 mins as I outlined here

if it's a 'bad word/phrase' issue, you def need to clarify what that word/phrase is. in my case, they were very upfront about exactly what word in descriptions is no longer allowed. and then edit each clip that contains the text at issue

totally feel your frustration. just write back, get some clarification on what exactly you need to do. if the clips still sell it's worth doing, if not just let 'em drop

Hi Jesse - thanks for the comments. Personally I have no friggin clue what's happening over there but my first assumption was they were using AI to scan all descriptions. If that was the case I was coming out with phrases that could be treated as not acceptable.

Basically you could use Googles Gemini and run the sentence through that asking what keywords are not acceptable or problematic and I think you may find similar results to what i found when I did it. Whatever AI they are using perhaps the sensitivity level is turned up a bit high LOL

They have gone to shit , you cant upload anything the servers are constantly failing and freezing uploads. Support has zero clue.

more of a preceding event then incorporating AI which can be obtuse, esp when it comes to fetish and sexual descriptions. graphic in of itself doesn't appear to be an issue though

perfect case of AI not being a perfect replacement for human judgement, but when I consider how many zillions of clips must be in their active database, I get why they chose to implement it in order to keep the site operating


@Joe, must be driving the support staff crazy as well. I get the sense some are working through the new system just as we are, but with patience they've been of awesome help. hell, at one point one of my main studios got deleted cuz I never replied to an email I never received. was furious but they got it back up and running within a day by being calm and tagging in the rep who's name has appeared frequently in terms of studio support (not sure if I should post it here, PM me if you want it)

def clarify that performer profiles aren't the problem, still confused as to why you need to redo those esp cuz, as you point out graphic and sexual is the whole point of c4s

Don't shoot the messenger - I took your exact phrase and ran it through a few AI's and that is what they came out with after I assumed these guys were scanning your words not by human eyes but AI. So the return was AI suggestion as to what keywords are being flagged - and if clip has their sensitivity turned up due to processing - this maybe the reason.

there are AI programs that can scan images and write a description from it which saves you time and hassle of getting turned down. I can help you with that

Thgey put almost 500 of my clips on hold as they removed all the performer profiles when they did that new crappy admin. I am in process in loading the exact same performer profiles that are being accepted. Im lucky I hear there are some that have had thousands of acceptable perforemers removed

yeah, that happened to me as well with a few clips not in the 'bad words' denials. which is why I'm suggesting you clarify with c4s exactly what the issue(s) are

performer profiles and clip descriptions are two separate things and the new system which is far from perfect might be overlapping them? I'm guessing, just trying to make sense of what I have experienced in the recent past and heard from others in light of what you're describing

which is why you need to work through your current circumstance with a real person at support. just take a deep breath before you do so and I intend no disrespect in that

luckily I don't need c4s for my self esteem

I simply like the site cuz my studios contain massive amounts of clips going back years and they're new to someone every day. my stuff sells even when I don't upload anything new, and payouts are always on time and in full. on the rare occasion that I've received cb's, c4s has even covered those under their 'chargeback protection' program. not sure what their limit/threshold for covering those is, but I've always been within it's limits


I'm glad they're worried about maintaining their processing. without that the site would be useless to me and everyone else who uses the platform


as per above, the cc co's make the rules and without visa and mc the site would be pretty much useless. switching to a non-cc system like crypto would no doubt cause sales to plummet


nah, c4s has traffic up the wazoo. I could never replicate that for myself


am I am plan of their new, hastily implemented system? of course not. just personally I feel the hassles I experienced but luckily resolved were worth it. if AMA feels the same I'm sure he'll get through it

Clips4Sale has been around a long time and probably have very strong reasons for doing what they do.

Here's a question you should be asking - why do you need them?

No offense to C4S, but if you have content to sell and your provider of choice can't accomodate you the way you need to, why not do it yourself?

There is no shortage of hosting providers, payment processors, and scripts and software out there. Why not do it yourself, under your own rules (mostly), build your own brand, and keep more revenue in your pocket?
