    CN Domains Advice Please

    Someone is trying to register .cn domains for one of mine eg. mydomain.com they try to register mydomain.cn / mydomain.com.cn / mydomain.net.cn etc. What would the purpose of this be? Assuming of course I am not knowledgeable about domains.

          It's a scam to try to sell u cn domains nobody wants. I got hundreds of those emails.

                      Are they actually registered or did they tell you they own them in email? Many times it's a bluff to get you to send money.

                          A domain registrar emailed me asking if I was affiliated with a Chinese company wanting to register all these domains.

                              I had someone email me and say someone was trying to register .net .org Ect. of one of my names, and said they would let me buy then first.
