Live streams from adult expos (Chaturbate)

I see some models doing live streams on Chaturbate from Venus Berlin today. They have a camera on them, but many times u can see people from the expo on stream. Is that ok with Chaturbate? Can you also do IRL on Expos?

Because I want to stream in the future from adult expos.

IDK how the rules apply in every country, but in general u are allowed to run around with a camera, if u don't put single (random, not creators) people in focus.
Public places and events are situations where people should expect to get filmed here and there.
So if cb or other sites not explicit forbit filming outside of your studio/room - it should not be a problem, especially on a event like Venus.

It's a closed venue and people attending it know what to expect

I would say streaming/filming on any expo should be fine.

streaming from a show is such a neat idea. would imagine the reason why it's allowed is cuz it's an adult-only event (and probably has notices posted that as an attendee one may be filmed/photographed)

I saw online girls that has their cam on them and the background is a banner or something else. But I see some other girls have the cam on side, so u can also see more people from the expo and not only the model, that's why I ask.

There must be a release clause that is accepted when buying the tickets. Chaturbate takes this sort of thing very seriously, and if you look at Ambercuties there are a lot of bans for having undocumented persons in the feed.

You will probably need to get a press pass to take pics and vids from such events.

These are NOT public as they need you to pay to enter.

A public place in most countries do not need a model release of permission. This often can include shops as you walk in and out and as such it is classified often as a public area.

Private is often your home or a persons home or such as a pop concert as you have to pay.

The exception is often if it is news worthy.

The chances are the models have been given permission to film.

Without permission you may find legal problems.

When somone goes into a pop concert or such events often it will say on the ticket filming may happen. As in the case they may film the pop concert or such as a football game. However you are not allowed to film the pop concert or football game without a press pass.

With these things contact the company a few weeks before the event. Often on their website they will have a link for press to apply.

Also Chaturbate may have a stand at the event you are taking about and have an arrangement for the models to film live. So rather than being against Chaturbate rules, it may be something Chaturbate has arranged with the models and the event.
