DMCA their hosting company, if they charged back and you have proof of the sale (and chargeback) they are not licensed to use the site period, the hosting company *should* take it down or they become liable for the copyright theft too.

Yeah, use a real form of payment processing. PayPal will side with the buyer for all digital goods. And if you must use PayPal, put in stipulations that the funds must clear a certain threshold before you will relinquish the domain/property.
