    YouTube Filmmakers dead in crash

Just found out today that this young couple was killed in a back country crash when the road gave out and they rolled down a steep hill.

RIP. So sad... yet so inspiring because they were living life to its fullest and died doing what they loved.

You're correct... the way they lived their lives is absolutely inspiring.

Weird question but do you think the cliff was living it's best life when said tragedy happened?

I can appreciate and respect the life they chose. Sad indeed, but hey no regrets.

Died early, but lived longer than most people on the planet.

Yep, that’s how you do it. His GF seems like a cool travel partner. I’ve been in some close calls myself in various countries. Part of the deal is you gotta accept that you can die while on your adventure. I got heat stroke and severe dehydration in Egypt walking in the desert to a nearby town.

I am driving to the Arctic Ocean in a couple of weeks. I have seen their stuff before. Sad but a life well lived.

How does one gauge a well lived life based on outside sources and non-internal milieu.

I’ve seen my share of travel, van life, and digital nomad stories, along with their fair share of trials and tribulations. I also spent 25 years on the road as an overseas news cameraman, so I know the work, the grit, and the compromises it takes to make it happen.

I don’t look at this through rose-coloured glasses — I know it didn’t turn out well. But I also understand the performance aspect that drives the success of this kind of venture, and they gave it their all. That’s a damn sight more than most ever attempt. And to me, Mr. Virus, that’s enough to call it a life well lived.

Would it be in bad taste if I put in 100% effort to make a tribute video for these two people who lived their best lives using the AI?

I am having a moral decision to make. They lived amazing lives and want to showcase that but I'm also doing it to show I have talent with video editing and AI.

Should I just not out of respect for the situation?

I have so much other shit going on I'd have to chug a ton of alcohol to get into a whacky bipolar state to pull a 36 hour creative fiesta and by hour 48 my toilet will be backed up, I'll be cranking 99 luft balloons in my underwear, and I'm afraid people will think it is tacky if the AI is not 100% spot-on.

Need to setup 2nd computer for my offspring's battle station

To do a proper tribute I'll have to watch hours and hours of video and find the most poignant moments

...you're right. I should totally do this.

Probably in good taste to let something bubble up organically. Their story is so raw and so real. No shame in saying it brought you to tears. These were people living life to the tits, and lady luck rolled snake eyes on that one. RIP. Fuck their other videos are so harmonous and lovely that watching them after they died is like an extra fishhook in the fucking gut.

A reminder... live life to the tits, you never know when it could be your time to go!

understanding the life style, when we travelled down to move to Spain, we packed everything up & loaded up the car & caravan, but to be on the road for years, personally not my thing...

RIP to an amazing couple though & very inspiring

Rofl I love how this question is so out of left field that it just got ignored.
