The chat bot on their website does not seem to relay messages and their support form is missing the submission button: https://tubesitessubmitter.com/support.html

I'm not sure how I missed that part. How about nameserver ... no clue if that's your reseller setup or someone else. Either way, lots of contact info on that page. Good luck.
