how many sites are using ageverification.org for verifications?

a PornCMS site owner wants me to install it on their site. i will make it a one click setup option but i want to use the most popular.

are people using something else?

installation is pretty stupid. you include a js script and then have to use curl to request a user's status. there has to be a better option lol

I am not a lawyer. For age verification, the best option is for the site operator to speak to an attorney to make sure that whoever they ask you to integrate, meets their legal needs for where they plan to operate.

My LoginBlue platform currently supports VerifyMy and iDenfy KYC. I would like to also include Yoti at some point and Ondato.

Whoever you decide to integrate has to take the time to work with regulatory bodies, understand the laws, and make the sites more averse to risk. It's especially helpful if the companies have insurance policies.

correction i just found it. they charge the customer a one-time fee of $1.88 USD for life (not per site or transaction).

Doesn't that seem to raise any red flags at all?

Also, verifications are roped into the membership price, so it doesn't really matter what the cost per verification is afaik.

no, AV is not included int membership price... it´s not because it´s just to look at NSFW tours...

the answer could be to include the fee in the membership, with SFW tours

if not per site & transaction, maybe an idea for many websites to use this site & the offer for free AV is on hand, as the surfer only needs to be checked once...

maybe a porn list available for this av company & sites using the AVS

yea i had a few convos about it this weekend.

OF is paying on their end per verification, and the others mentioned in this thread also put the cost on the site owner.

ageverification.org charges the customer $1.88 and they can use the verification on any other ageverification.org site.

so obviously we need a list of other sites where it works.

as you say, welcome back to the old AVS days lol

just a quick technical update i saw today working on implementation. i posted it in poo lover's thread..

Is anyone actually using this for age verification? I'm considering it. Even if it's just a temporary solution.

ya they respond to support at ageverification.org

i think they keep it in their member area because of spam.

it seems like a new service but they all are lol. we gotta make it bigger.

its only for the extremely paranoid. i doubt these governments are going after every little site. we've been told we're all going to jail a bunch of times.

limiting hardcore in the free areas and maybe a choose your birthday popup is probably enough. alcohol and gambling sites don't have more than that.
