Sales are typically final in business unless explicitly stated refund policies, so he's well within his rights to refuse to communicate and refund you by your beligerant attacks.

brazzers did an ad buy off me recently, and the banneers werent getting the amount of clicks they were hoping off the certain spot they had. does that mean i should refund them? hardly not.
as an ad buyer you should know that some work and some dont, if people were to refund for every failed campaign.
also the amount of shady popunders on your site was astronomical. even clicking content it was hard to see.
also i dont send bot traffic. this user was using a free 3rd party tool for stats which is known for not reporting correct data (histats), if you think Google analytics is wrong, then thats seriously an issue with GA and im sure everyone can atest that GA is the most reliable tool for tracking.

Its the buyers responsibility to ensure that not only the ad is compatible with the traffic source, but that they do a 'test' campaign first to ensure the results they receive are what they expect.

thats true..but this is not what happend here..i did a deal with him before that.. which worked out kinda fine..not the numbers he was selling but atleast it was real

he did send fake traffic..in fact he didnt even send any kind of traffic he used a 3rd party website named trafficbooster that sells ga refferer fake traffic...thats why it wasnt registered in any other analytics tool excpet for google analytics...we talk about 10k hits a day which ddnt generated a single ad impression..thats what made me curious in the first place then i investigated
and HE offered the refund in the first place which he doesnt say like always...he did send 3 days of fake traffic then stopped on a 3 month campaign..he agrred on the refund stopped sending..all in the email exchanges..
i g ave him the benefit of the doubt at first..thought maybe he was reselling and got "scammed" himself without knowing but as i saw he doesnt give a single fuck about anything..i know he knows exactly what he is doing

i didnt onyl used histats..i used 5 different before switching to ga and tracked the server logs (there was not a single hit from these sites or increase in traffic)

forgot that you offered the refund yourself? didnt you stopped after 3 days of a 3 months campaign? said that you refund ona specific date and got dead silent over a month after that just came back becuse i tricked you and you got triggered by that?
