How to change ownership of existing CB account ?

So I will probably have a person manage my business for me and therefore I'd like to change the Paxum email to another person on my existing CB account. I understand that payment from CB must match same name as the Paxum account holders name. Can I just change the details inside CB, new name and surname , address along with new Paxum email and it'll be ok ?
