I send very little new traffic and rely almost entirely on past sign ups to bring in recurring revenue. In making an assertion like that, you're going to have to come up with some solid proof. When looking at the metrics of your account in cb-stats, are you telling me that you get zero new spends from spenders who signed up years ago?
How's this? The affiliate IDs in this example were receiving revenue until they made the changes. Now, these affiliate IDs don't even show up in the stats. This literally happening from one month to another month.

      My stats:

Users from 2017 that registered under my aff link on chaturbate.com, and now uses chaturbate.com directly (without my aff link) - I am credited.

Users from 2017 that registered directly on my whitelabels and now uses them - I am credited.
Then what I am seeing is an anomoly? They won't respond to messages and support is clueless.

Can you recommend anyone for a good contact there?

Have you spoke to anyone at Chaturbate? No one responds to anything. I even sent a strongly worded email to legal@ and still nothing.

          I think it's a sh*tshow when a top cam company can't respond to affiliates.

I don't know what more to do than look for other options, which sucks because I've had white labels there since 2014.

They dominate the SERP; they don't give a fuck about affiliates until they get a big hit from google.

Why not switch to cambuilder if you prefer whitelabels?

Hey Greg, long time, hope you've been well.

I've been sending traffic to Chaturbate for my unsold traffic for the past 5 years, direct to CB, no whitelabels. I'm not seeing a major drop and looking at the individual CSV transactions I'm seeing customers that joined as far back as 2020 who are still actively recurring. I'm unsure if the issue pertains to WL's specifically, but my stats seem ok.

That image doesn't represent anything. It shows no dates, no time frames, how is anyone supposed to derive anything from it? I see one list of totals and then another, is that period over period? I asked you a specific question about your spends and you didn't answer. If there was a dramatic change recently, what date do you believe these changes took place?

The only concerning thing for me is my #1 spender who has spent in excess of 140k for the last 6 years, stopped spending 60 days ago. He has never gone that long without a spend before. I do have other spenders in my top ten who signed up over 10 years ago who are still spending.

Here you can't reach anyone from Chaturbate, but I heard you can try ambercutie.com forums and contact member "punker barbie" there.

There are strange things going on at CB, that's for sure.

But why start this treat as we have this one for CB??

It was just an example to show 0 traffic with an affiliate ID and revenue associated with it. I wasn't intending on giving any context other than that. It's not necessary to understand the problem. The point I am trying to make is that the revenue you see in that example doesn't exist anymore and those affiliate IDs are $0. That's strange.

I don't know what's going on over at CB but I am starting to explore other options. I am getting such a mix of replies that I can't determine anything.

I am starting some tests with them now. I have a lot of domains so white labels are easy for me.

I have been posting about this for at least 8 years, CB has never demonstrated that they care about affiiliates.

I tried to diversify with CamBuilder at the start of the year but it was nothing but problems. Their XML tracking didn't work for several weeks and two test campaigns had terrible results. Sad to say there haven't been many good alternatives lately.
