Chaturbate - Long-Tail Rev Share Removed

I am a Chaturbate affiliate and I've sent them traffic since 2014. I found a major change that removed a huge amount of revenue from the Revenue Share program and wondering if others have the same problem.

I reviewed stats for 2025 per domain (I send a lot of domain traffic). It seems they wiped out all of the recurring revenue for long-time users. Any revenue for white labels with recurring revenue is gone, wiped clean. This is revenue that took many years to build.

My revenue is down 82% for the same period before these changes.

Isn't this the whole point of a rev-share program? Long term revenue. I feel like I just got robbed of thousands per pay period.

Is anyone else having this problem? I can't be the only one.

I have been looking at White Label tracking and revenue and what has happened since February and have a similar situation.

Looking carefully at my stats and I find the only spenders who are not from 2025 are either "embed" or have my Chaturbate site affiliate ID and are not from White Labels. It's almost as if they have lost their grip on White Label tracking.

If you are a valued affiliate and have their ear I would email support. When someone like myself emails I just get a form letter back.

Maybe part of it is age verification.
People from states that passed these laws are blocked until AV is done.
Having AV for every white label would be difficult.

They changed how they associate a user with the originating affiliate recently. Since they did that, any link or white label that doesn't use the "new" way, doesn't have any recurring revenue from the past.

For example, if you had a user who started buying from Chaturbate in 2023 and the user then returned to Chaturbate.com, you would still get credit for that user. The new system is different. If that user doesn't use your link or white label after already purchasing from Chaturbate, you won't receive any commissions from that user anymore.

To further example, if you sent traffic from sexygirls.com then the user purchases from Chaturbate.com then all communication is from Chaturbate.com and the user forgets that he ever went to sexygirls.com. The prior system counted those sales so it wasn't a problem. Their new system does not.

I lost 84% of my revenue because I had links and white labels from 2014 so the recurring revenue was large and consistent. They basically chose to keep all my recurring revenue from a revenue share program. That's the opposite of how a revenue share program is supposed to work.

I have contacted them many times at the highest levels and no replies.

This has nothing to do with age verification and everything to do with recurring revenue.

Well, if someone joined a year ago and doesn't want to do AV; then I don't know how
they can keep spending so you get their recurring.

You can only get their recurring if they can access the site. That's not the problem here. Very different problem.

I am really surprised no one has seen a change in their new vs recurring revenue. I spoke to another Chaturbate affiliate today and he is having the same problem and wasn't sure why.

They are keeping the recurring revenue from already-tagged users to my affiliate account. It's that easy.

Have you been an active affiliate? Some programs won't pay your revshare if you don't send new sales after certain time. I know it's crazy but usually listed in the terms.

                        What says Chaturbate support?

                        My stats:

Users from 2017 that registered under my aff link on chaturbate.com, and now uses chaturbate.com directly (without my aff link) - I am credited.

Users from 2017 that registered directly on my whitelabels and now uses them - I am credited.

Seeing less sales cause I'm a loser but still have loyal customers on CB from 10 years back so can't complain there.

I've been an affiliate since 2013 and have also sent a lot of domain traffic all to whitelabels. In cb-stats I'm still seeing many daily spends from spenders who signed up in 2014 and 2015, so they definitely have not wiped out recurring revenue for long time users. I send very little new traffic and rely almost entirely on past sign ups to bring in recurring revenue. In making an assertion like that, you're going to have to come up with some solid proof. When looking at the metrics of your account in cb-stats, are you telling me that you get zero new spends from spenders who signed up years ago?

                              1. That's not listed in their terms.
                              2. This is recurring revenue that was received until the recent changes in affiliate tracking.

My opinion? This is an attempt to keep all the past recurring revenue. When my recurring revenue is more than 80%, then it's a significant amount if think of all the affiliates who have been impacted by this change.

Revenue share is for as long as that affiliate ID is generating revenue. Otherwise, PPS is the other option.
