I personally think reimagine your shoot, quick rewrite (irl, script people are on set rewriting scenes all the time) and re i.d. the clapper board. Be creative and get product.

Unless you have another male talent there in 30 minutes you should work something out with the female talent to salvage the shoot by changing the focus of the content, pay her more money for waiting, or just give her a kill fee. Anything can happen including the girl getting an attitude and ruining the shoot if she does not like the replacement. If you give her a kill fee pay a little extra and ask her to shoot some promotional content.
Often these girls have plans/work immediately after your shoot so it can cause a stressful situation. Plus her loser boyfriend will get demanding via calls and texts to her and maybe even to you.Comment
