      Looking back, you see judas priest and freddie mercury being touted as masculine, but they were as queer as a 3 dollar bill.

            Hah, I remember when one of my Jr High friends told me Rob Halford was gay. I was like that just bullshit, there's no way someone so cool could be gay. It's just not possible

                It wasn't all good, but everything felt so real, raw and free in the 80s and 90s. Everybody could just be what they were and nobody cared to maga about it.

                At least that was my experience in NYC at the time. Big time shift after 9/11 and it never stopped shifting, now everybody hates another group of somebodies for one reason or another 🙃
