Looking for a business partner

I own a payment processor company and I met a potential customer who had an interesting platform, similar to OF but anonymous and tailored for millennials / gen-z.
These guys were taking home $15m/$20m per year in profits (I managed to verify this because we were starting a relationship with my payment processor company).
In the end they didn't work with us and had issues between each others (they were a bunch of founders who didn't agree on money subjects)
I've re-built the platform from scratch, it's now available in production and it accepts money, even Apple Pay. We can payout people anywhere (PayPal, Bank Deposit, Skrill, Crypto...)
I have a software engineering background with 20 years of experience, and 3 years of experience in payment processing. I can manage all the technology and anything related to payments.
I'm looking for a business partner to scale this business to the $15m/$20m per annum, which I think we can do easily within 18 months, my ideal partner would have:
- A long experience in the adult industry that's demonstrable (ongoing businesses, previous exits)
- Experience with creator acquisition - maybe a large OF agency or someone who's working with a lot of large OF agency... someone who can get creators to sign up for the platform.
- Someone organized who can threat this as a business
- Potential full time dedication
In a perfect world someone who's not US Tax resident so we can stay in the 0% tax rate structure I've setup but it's not a huge deal.
