what issue(s) are you having?
you mentioned compliance so this thread might be of some help?
as the OP mentioned in that thread, the address is probably optional. I just kept it in from the template I used as it's impossible to track people down with rural JA addresses. if they were NA or urban-based performers I'd have probably left that portion out as well
once you have the performer releases and the IDs, go to COMPLIANCE>ADD NEW PERFORMER in your admin. upload each one
once approved you just select the appropriate performer(s) in the 'SELECT PERFORMERS' tab when publishing clips
if they're requesting releases/IDs retroactively, do the same thing in COMPLIANCE then email the stuff to them as well
for any clips where you don't have proper releases/IDs, just delete the clips
