Where are all the latest greatest scripts?

Why when I search for PHP scripts i get nothing but results with software for writing PHP?

Is PHP not the goto llanguage these days? Is it all python and javascript? like what gives?

I want to play with the latest adult toys maybe create something new. I want to know how things have progressed. Sadly it looks like they have not.

Is the industry that stale?

While a major shift to Javascript has occurred, PHP is still very much alive and well.

I know TGP and TUBE scripts are outdated. CMS is mostly WP... surely something new and fun is out there?

This is pretty much the way it's been for me as a developer. I am contracted to build unique custom applications, scripts (if you call them that,) integrations, and the like for clients in the adult industry. Off-the-shelf software, like libraries and software development kits, are used, but as tools. Clients are willing to seriously invest in their own businesses because they have a vision that they are accomplishing, building, and growing with.

Using AI to build whatever you want is gathering traction.

I built two small cannabis focused SAAS apps last week. Working on the Stripe integration this afternoon and tomorrow I will start pushing traffic.

yes AI has helped me create code when I don't even know how to code, just hack/cut/past or integrate etc. and honestly I could likely talk AI into doing most of the basics honestly.

Naw, nothing serious right now. It's been awhile since I've installed, ran, altered any PHP. I haven't even coded html in quite sometime. Mostly been running WP for some eCommerce stuff. I have a bunch of stuff from back in the day but we are up to PHP8 from 4 lol. Many scripts are not compatible or will not install without some trickery for various reasons.
