The reality is most of the people you saw flexing are probably broke now. Not all of them were innovative geniuses, but people who made a bunch of money in adult when it was really easy to do it. New money syndrome isn’t sustainable and I’d image a lot of them weren’t wise enough to manage their money when the going got rough in adult. Some of those people were living way beyond their means
