More than anything, take some time for yourself, retreat alone with a bottle of wine, take time to lick your wounds and cry, let the hurt come out and don't try to be *strong* , take solace in whichever religion you may follow.

I have two friends who lost their babies well into their terms. One was to be her second child, and there were no foreseen problems. She just hemorraged one day and lost the baby totally. She almost died herself, but she's ok now. My other friend had drug problems in the past, and the doctors didn't think she could get pregnant at all, so it wasn't a big surprise when her first attempt to have a baby wasn't successful, but it was still heartbreaking. I can't imagine what it would be like to lose a baby after carrying it for so long. I'm thinking positive healthy thoughts in your direction.

We are not sure yet, but I think that my wife is a preggo...

This is too sad for me... sorry for your loss. I know the loss of a child... an X girlfriend had an abortion without my concent. Hurt me deeply.

I know it's a woman's body and a woman's right to choose... but I feel I had a say in that as it was my kid too.

But we were young and it was probally for the best but it still hurts.

FT --- very sorry to hear about your loss. Much condolences.

My sister went through this a few times too over the years, and I witnessed the severe impact it had on her. I believe that she would say that the hardest thing for her was coming to terms with the fact that it wasn't her fault. She did manage to find the strength to keep on trying, and she eventually had 2 great kids. They are now 18 and 23 yrs old.

You'll be okay eventually.

I wanted to post saying "Thank You" for your kind words ...It means alot to me.
It has been very hard these past few days to say the least.
If all doesnt go well over the weekend I may have to have minor surgery Tuesday morning - so I am praying all goes well.
