Same for me, I'm on day 4 presently, not using anything, just going cold turkey.

The hardest thing for me is trying to figure out what to do with my hand when I'm driving or stood in the yard... It feels weird not having a cigarette in it lol

I quit cigarettes by smoking weed every time I wanted a cigarette.

I was high for 8 months. Now I never ever want one. Been 19 years.

The mice chewed my long network cable a couple of months ago, and a replacement cable was like fucking $30-40 Canadian delivered, but fuck that, I found one in China for like $2 with free delivery somehow through some shit website, so I said fuck it, and yolo'ed it, and lo and behold! It arrived today!

For the last 1+ months, anytime I wanted to cook or go to the fridge, I had to step over this yellow cable at like cock-height, and it was annoying until I got used to it, and then I would lift my leg and fart while yelling at the mice that live in my stove.

Today, a little victory, I now have a VERY trippable blue cable on the floor!

Now if you look closely at my laptop, this thing is so fucking broken, it got smashed so hard when I moved a year ago, it got pop spilled on it by my daughter, it overheated countless times and the battery is completely fucked and is swollen like it is going to explode. The mice already tried to live inside the cracked open part, who knows, there could be one in there now, I wouldn't know. The entire laptop is so caked in mice urine and shit that it is probably incubating the hanta virus. The thing is, I can only get the wifi signal in this EXACT spot in my kitchen with enough of a connection to do porn uploads to keep the sick ass Duke Dollars rebills coming, and this laptop acts as my bridged connection to my router which connects my desktop PC in the other room. The power cable is also chewed through but I twisted the wires together and it still works. This old Toshiba laptop I've had for like 15 years and it just won't die... it has been through so much shit and when it was in better shape, my daughter dropped it half a dozen times, it just won't fucking die.



Feeling a lot better about jumping back into online stuff, I had held onto wanting to go back into working with seniors but with the fear mongering chatter of the BIRD FLU, I'm betting there will be another round of mandatory "vaccines" coming again, it is just a matter of time. So, in that case, FUCK society, I'm going to slang all sorts of porn again and not give a fuck about anyone but myself, my family, and the sponsors I work for. Absolutely fuck everything else, because if you don't conform in Canada, everyone wants to fuck you over in return. All day today I've been building sample compilations and emailing affiliate reps.

I find it interesting how many people in the adult industry smoke cigarettes... I only smoke weed, cigarette smoke makes me want to fucking vomit.

How I did it 30 years ago

did lose 5 teeth while in prison and also had to have one taken out a week ago. I think I should do the general anaesthesia thing to have my mouth sorted but remember reading about some girl that who wake up from it after a boob job… must lookup statistics.

How old are you? I'm 46... in my age range, basically EVERYONE I meet who smokes, has horrific looking teeth. Weed smokers don't seem to suffer issues with their teeth, mine are fine and I've never had a cavity in my life.

Sooooooo many vaxxed up, low IQ smoker Canadian construction workers, their lives revolve around double doubles from Tim Horton's, watching hockey, drinking Pilsner, and trying to have sex with obese single moms that read Sarah J. Maas novels.

I quit smoking on July 31st last year and haven’t looked back since. I used to smoke two+ packs a day, especially when drinking alcohol. One thing I found essential when deciding to quit was to completely let go of the habit... not just physically, but mentally. Constantly thinking about it, like posting in forums about being 3 days smoke-free, can make it harder because it keeps your mind focused on smoking.

My advice? Quit and move on. I know it’s not easy, but once you redirect your focus to something else, it becomes much easier - not just easier, but you’ll eventually forget about smoking altogether!

I quit smoking years ago. One of the best things I've ever done.

I used the nicotine lozenges. I was addicted to them. I was hardcore addicted to the nicotine. After two years of this nonsense I used the patches. The patches had three sizes - large, medium, small. I put the big patch on and just kept it on until it fell off.... But then I was done with nicotine.

Oh, you will feel so much more better. Watch out for weight gain though.
