Hi!

Seems like all my subreddits (had only a few) got banned with the upcoming new year

I was posting only to one of them actively, and it got banned for 'This subreddit was banned due to being unmoderated.' however it wasnt open for public submissions. WTF ?!

Yes, Reddit bans subreddit all over the place. In order to not being banned, you have to be active as a moderator and to pray not to be banned without a reason

There was an error where they mistakenly banned active subs, with the reason of being unmoderated, even though they were. Most were unbanned automatically, but if yours wasn't, just create an appeal. Look up the error, you will know where to complain then.

Reddit is one of the most heavily censored sites on the entire Internet.

The /r/BritishColumbia subreddit was moderate and a decent place to discuss issues prior to COVID, as it wasn't a woke shithole before COVID. During COVID, it allowed people skeptical of the "vaccine" to openly say "Yeah, I don't really trust Big Pharma or the rushed vaxx, I'm not going to take it" and you'd get upvotes and your account wasn't deleted.

That really, really made people mad.

So, the administrators of Reddit took over the subreddit and banned the moderator that allowed for multiple viewpoints to be heard. The subreddit was then given to moderators connected to /r/Vancouver, and the sub has been a pro-socialist, NDP, woke shithole ever since. Complete echochamber and anyone with a different opinion is just banned.
