Lyris email manager -- have troubles need help
Does anyone use lyris as their email manager? I am having trouble with aol users hard bouncing. Our list is on aol's white list and it is just a newsletter. Messages won't come through to our test accounts either if we send directly. Any suggestions ?

Contact lyris, they have an extensive knowledge base online that will probably have your answers, a great support listserv and good support people, probably not many people here use lyris anyway

I have the exact same problem, but always thought that it was a problem on AOL's end, not Lyris.... It's very sporatic with AOL. I just figured their "white list" was kinda grayish...
