did you bother clicking on the links?
When I clicked on one, and browsed around, It seemed more like spam that a members section. Most the links just go to tour pages or pop up hell. I think this guy was just dressing spam up as members sections.

I looked at the chubbychix.com site this is the problem in this business. It says on the front page over 500,000 fat videos and over 700,000 fat pics. There are only 10 galleries maybe two hundred pics and no fat videos , then everybody says webmasters dont cheat people ,the cc companies are just picking on us and guess who their processor is Epoch lol
