    Pronouns vs. Gender

    This shit is just getting weird now... Why can't we just call everyone 'it'

    She/Her/Hers: Herself
    They/Them/Theirs: Themselves
    Ze/Zir/Zirs: Zirself
    Xe/Xem/Xyr: Xemself
    Ey/Em/Eir: Eirself
    Ze/Hir/Hirs: Hirself
    Ve/Ver/Vis: Verself
    Per/Per/Pers: Perself

    I understand the need for inclusivity but, how the fuck can all this shit make it clear for the sake of communication without offending someone

                          Here's a little help for you, nobody will be offended if you get it wrong. It's how you behave and react to someone pointing out that you used the wrong pronouns.

                          For example if you call someone who prefers they/them a he/him and they say "I prefer they/them" and you go "oh sorry, I'll use that going forward" then the interaction is done and you're fine, just be mindful of it.

                          But if you start being a blithering useless cunt of a human being, then well maybe you should stop being a snowflake.

                          Pronouns aren't fucking hard to use, they're just like names. Once you learn someone's name/pronoun you use it.

                                          As a straight lefty who is kinda too old and smokes too much weed to be learning new pronouns and remembering them, never met one of these folks in real life who gave a real fuck when I got it wrong. I usually get laughed at for catching myself and trying to get it right... and they say something like "it's fine don't worry about it" and life goes on.

                                          From my life experience it's usually someone that identifies as a straight white male that leans to the right that has a big emotional titty attack over this, and it's always on the internet.

                                              Mine is easy She/Her, yet people still have problems with it. Of course just people online who I actually tell I'm trans. In public everyone seems to somehow just know I'm she/her. lol

                                                              The only time I am going to say 'He' 'She' 'His' 'Hers' etc, is when that person isn't there and I'm talking to someone else about that person...

                                                              I may theoretically get it wrong - I may even get corrected by the person I'm talking to... However the person I'm referring to isn't there, so its hard for them to take offence...

                                                              I really dont get all the fuss about this...

                                                                                          I'm 26, when I was a bit younger, the whole they/them thing was becoming more prominent

                                                                                          I had and have trans friends, I've dated a lovely transwomen who wouldn't let me blow her, go figure, and a lot of them were s/he and dismissed them as "rich white kids who wanted to feel special"

                                                                                          Now a lot of them go by...them, I think it's weird AF but they're a very, very insignificant portion of the population and it really ain't a big deal, call em what they want

Well I knew at age 5 in 1978 I wasn't a boy, but repressed the shit out of it just to survive. Finally started to actually transition 4 years ago almost. Gawd the conventions would have been so much more fun had I had transitioned before then. lol So yes, this isn't anything new for me, finally being myself is pretty new and the happiest I've ever been.
