Tech Fucking Hostinger...

Never get hosted by Hostinger....those pussies can't send an email, the email box doesn't work.....for a month now I can't receive emails, for example to the email [email protected] I only found out today..

Especially since I pay a lot for their cloud...

I don't know yet. I have some household duties, and I also have to do sports, etc.....The paradox is that I live about 20 minutes by car from the hotel where TES Conference is.....LOL....So I will save my strength for Monday. If you have a table at the Meet Market, I will say you HELLO!

crazy how I don't use these classic hosting services in the crypto / web3 space anymore, only these deploy services like cloudflare, vercel, google firebase, netifly, etc... all with github for website and script hosting they give 100x more even in free plan than all these companies for money lol, I think I don't pay for hosting for 3 years in a row now... surely additional services and going over certain limits cost money with them too but a very different concept

I'm sorry you're going through that. Totally sucks. Hosting is the backbone, and you do pay so much for hosting these days. It's crazy expensive, so the customer service should always be top notch.

I'm a little paranoid, so I often have status monitoring setup with a third party for all of my clients, and then I usually setup a little monitor script so it sends a daily email with server or backup information *just in case.* Whoever you end up with next, I would definitely ask for them to put together a little perk package like that so you can feel comfortable knowing things are working.

I know Brad's already posted in the thread, but there's definitely a reason why there's a few really top choices in adult. My clients with Vacares and MojoHost generally have nothing but praises to sing.

I do not recommend that host, but as a matter of principle most cloud providers will block mail ports because they are prone to abuse due to its inherent ability to spin up and down instances and grab (and burn) IPs with bad activity.

Hi ADB,

To be honest, it is probably not their fault at all. The actual problem is probably just in the email configuration, or your DNS records, or both.

The last thing you want to do is uproot your existing website and systems and move to another hosting provider, just because of 1, possibly small issue. It is really easy to blame a company for it, but chances are, it is a simple configuration issue that can be fixed.

just realized exmasters uses ovh, customer uses exmasters, would have been cheaper to use ovh directly :p

People hosting with the big guys expecting problem resolution... I've seen time and again that they just simply don't care. Host with smaller hosts that can provide personal support.
