Don't get me started on just how much the medical system has been degraded while Trudeau and the NDP have been in power in BC. It's become a giant make work program for middle management with very little funding getting to the patient. Socialism has completely destroyed Canada.
Unfortunately the Socialists always win elections because their followers will do anything to keep their tax payer funded windfall. Hopefully what has happened here stands as a lesson to Americans this November.Comment

There are certain types of cancers that are really bad, but if they are spotted early, can be 99.99% survivable.
Here in Canada, many people wait 6+ months to see a specialist doctor, and during that time the tumor grows and then spreads, so by the time you've got your appointment, your cancer has like 50% chance of killing you instead of 00.01%
Need a neurologist? 1.5+ year wait!
