Texas Judges are often overruled on appeal.
The Ninth Circuit and California has basically banned non-competes for decades now and they just expanded that to out of state agreements created to avoid California law.
Non competes are bad for everyone except for 1 party. Its horrible general policy. -
It will be overturned .. It would kill innovation
I bet some of the original Facebook and Google inventors wish they had those
