News It's official Donny Long is Crazy and the state of Florida agrees

In news that will surprise absolutely no one who knows Donny Long, the state of Florida has ruled that Donny Long is mentally deficient and unable to stand trial for his crimes. Originally arrested in November of 2023, former male performer Donny Long was charged with multiple criminal counts.

He’ll be committed for six months, at which point they’ll re-evaluate him to see if he’s able to stand trial.

I’m surprised. I had a meeting with Donny Long once, and he seemed mentally stable. He had a beef with me about something I’d posted on GFY, and he came to meet me in a bar in Santa Monica. He was quite affable, and we resolved our differences… maybe he was on his meds at the time?

If Donny Long is officially “mentally deficient” it makes me wonder how many of the people in the porn biz are too. Over the years, I’ve had to deal with many (at least half-) crazy models (remember Catalina), and a few really out-there crazy men (remember Chico Wang?). Perhaps Donny is just the tip of the iceberg?

In the US a business is considered its own legal entity and, if he didn't declare the business as being owned by him, then there is no way for the gov to know or search for any connection to it.

Yeah I've watched several hundreds of his rants on all his social media platforms, and I agree with you for the most part. I believe he's mentally ill in the sense that he's a severe narcissist with sociopathic tendencies. However, is he cognitively able to understand his charges, listen to court room debate and understand a punishment, most definitely.

I can however see him in a counseling session to determine his sanity, where he would be incapable of expressing any sense of understanding that he has done something wrong. I could see the counselor asking him if he understands that its against the law to threaten public officials such a judges and sheriffs and Donny going on some long rant about how the system has marginalized him.

I think the local Florida judicial system is going to try and keep Donny contained for as long as possible, whether in a mental facility or incarcerated. He's basically threatened all the local law enforcement, children's services agents and many local judges because he felt his divorce proceedings were siding with his ex.

To think Donny was so close to having a huge cash windfall and he blew it all. The new girl he hooked up with and quickly impregnated is due for a 7 figure settlement from her ex. Donny knew exactly what he was up to as he sought this girl out in hopes of getting a piece of this settlement.

I have to defend Donny here, because I have once before had horrible McDonald's diarrhea and had to go jet skiing afterwards and I probably didn't wipe so good, but ALSO because anyone that can talk shit to the system and survive, nay... thrive like that maniac did for so long, it is actually a testament to how the system actually does give second chances and allows freakshows to self-express without having gulags. The West is a free and beautiful place, mostly, because insane people like Donny test the system. The system is super strong as a result of people like Donny, and, in some fucked up way, I'm thankful for that.

If that's what you got out of my post, then you need to re read it. Did you miss the part about threatening local judges, sheriffs and child protective service agents by doxxing them, creating websites calling them pedos and advocating for their death? He hasn't been locked up in jail the last 7 months because he "flew too close to the sun".

Donny has been guilty of a multitude of crimes in the past, he just finally pushed on the wrong people. He's an absolutely horrible person who has caused many people in the industry a lot of pain. Any agony he's going through now is well deserved.

I agree with you wholeheartedly, and it's probably how it's going to be in the end. It's just that he should go to prison, period. Not only for the ************* saga (not related to this, but you get the point), but for many -- many other things, like what he did to that Thai girl. Not that she herself wasn't understanding of his true persona, but still... the dude is dangerous as fuck, and has absolutely zero remorse. He should never see the light of the day...
