It's the most important conversation to be having right now. Besides the business implications, the newly enacted laws in various states all trample over portions of our Constitutional rights. AND, none of them actually protect children, they'll simply switch traffic to sites that are run worse and care less about what content they are purveying, be it copyright, CSAM, or other abusive material.

Well to be honest, I care a little. When Trump was President, the dollar was quite strong against the Euro. I lost a lot on exchange rates. Biden's economic policy weaken the dollar and I made more money. So the Democrats are better for my wallet but overall Trump is better for the economy thus also the industry and ultimately better for my wallet.
But I go back to my original point, it isnt Trump (or Harris) that we really need to be afraid of -- its what SCOTUS will do with the Texas AVS case next year.
That will show us how this SCOTUS feels about porn being protected speech. If they uphold the Texas law, then yes, we have some serious issues not only with AVS, but further attacks on porn. Nothing happens before that case is decided. If they once again protect porn as a First Amendment right, you can be assured no one is going to outlaw porn or ban it or put pornographers in jail.Comment
