Traffic buys for niche paysites - GoFuckYourself.com

So i've always had organic and affiliate traffic and never dabbled much into traffic buys for my small little sites, any tips or leads appreciated would like to do some testing. thx

Buying ad spots is better than buying traffic from a broker like Exoclick or whomever. With ad spots you can find a site or blog in your niche and it should produce some sales for you. But just willy nilly buying "traffic" to send to any paysite is not a great strategy. At least not for me.

In other words, if I could find a high sales-producing ad spot or link that I could scale I would be sinking all my money into it. LOL But maybe your sites will do better with niche ad spots. I would start there.

If it were me, I'd start by identifying the sites that rank on top of Google for your main niche keywords like "puerto rican porn", "native americna porn", etc... (Surprise, it's pornhub, xvideos, youporn, and xhamster).

From there I'd try a bunch of low budget banner campaigns on the closest niche tag you can get (they only have the major ones available like latina).

If the max I was willing to pay for a sale was $30, I'd budget $300 per spot to watch the data and make tweaks. At the very least you should be able to track the banner the user clicked on, and whether they clicked on anything once they landed at your site.

Media buying doesn't have to be expensive, you could have a campaign with a $20 daily budget that runs from 6pm-midnight wednesday-saturday in Florida, and if it makes sales that's ok. Rinse and repeat.

Personally, while agreeing with both fuzebox & The Porn Nerd as they both have some great intentions & are right, a small budget to test & ad spots rather than traffic is better...

why not take some time to create a blog with your own content, send all your traffic from outside there from social media promoting your small sites or to where you want to see your traffic that month, your latest content.

You shouldn´t need to buy any traffic if you´re content producing, your affiliates should be sending you enough or your own traffic should come from your own blog, social media.

Just saying, working on your own blog could produce enough traffic than paying for traffic from outside your network...

His first sentence is that he has organic and affiliate traffic already. So he’s good to go. He’s exploring other traffic channels such as media buying

This advice is fine for someone starting out, especially if you have no money.

This is not how you scale a business however.

Great advice!! But the "expensive" part comes in when you have spent that $300 budget, or even $20 a day, and do not get a good ROI. So then you tweak, try again, tweak...suddenly you have spent thousands trying to find that 6pm-midnight spot where you actually convert and make sales.

That is the danger I have experienced. But others are probably better at narrowing in on scalable results.

Well yeah, you have to work for and earn success. Adult hasn't been a participation award for like 15 years now.

I'm just sharing what I do. It's easy to see which sites get the traffic you want, and they will sell it to anyone who signs up to their ad platforms.

Anyone can see which ads have money being spent on them, and try and replicate that funnel for their own product. If you aren't making sales at the current market ad rates, you might need to improve your banners and landers.

I totally defer to your experience! Doing ad buys via the platforms is something I have not done for about five years now and will be revisiting once my new paysites launch later this spring.
