    Anybody from Sweden? I want to move to Luleå for a year or two.

    I really love Sweden and have been thinking about moving there. I went to Kiruna (where I have some family members) last year and loved it, but its a bit too far from everything. I hear a lot of good things about Lulea. Any down side of living there?

      Great internet, and infrastructure overall.
      It's safe, and relatively cheap.

      But it's also of course, subarctic, cold/dark/terrible.
      Couple weeks of sunshine on a good year.

      If you're into winter activities it's probably ok.

              I have visited Sweden many times.

              When I was in my 20, I used to attend the Roskilde Festival in Denmark.... I would meet so many girls from Sweden at Roskilde. I would spend the rest of the summer hitchhiking through Scandinavia, banging so many girls I met at the festival.

                      I would cross the border to Norway if I was you. The countries are pretty much the same but we're much richer and have nicer nature

                          The 2-3 months of summer are great over there...people get to see the sun for the first time after many months, so everybody gets out and is horny as hell. But for the rest of the year, its better to be somewhere else.

                                                  I have been to Narvik. Its about 2 hour drive west of where I lived. Looked the same but waaaaaaaay more expensive. I have no idea how they justify fish platter in a fishing town for $35.00
