Tech GSC reporsting shitload of crazy links

Hi, below is the print screen of GSC. There are thousands of crap, like this. Does anyone know what's going on and if I should do something considering these are excluded by noindex tag regarding GSC?

It seems like some search spam, maybe there is a way to protect ?

this is internal site search spam. spammers going crazy these days. disable search on your site if you don't need it. even those are noindex, stupid google still indexed some from my site.
