and if you do, does it work?

i click it on every one of them, and i continue to get spam, lol

most spammers do not unsubscribe you.
the just collect a list.
so if they spammed you with porn, and you unsubscribed, they take that list which will be 90% real email and they will spam you with mortgage since you are not interested in porn.

So just ignore them, or change your mail.
