the money is floating and if I do not remit this money

and my investigation proved to me as well that until

thats a OLD and well known scam, some people actually fall for it.

i get that letter bout 4 times a day, just delete it

I read about that scam. A guy actually tracked them down.
Then reported them to every fraud agency in SA and USA.
I guess it didn't work
