its simply not possible. no one is ever gonna approve a visa so someone can come to the US and make porn. second, no US based model or agency is going to put themselves on the US government's radar for trying to help someone enter the US to make porn. Sorry my friend

The difference between helping someone and human trafficking is very small in Europe. Don't know about USA.

If she has legit bookings, maybe she can use those for this purpose? If she doesn't, that could be a red flag you are not helping her.

Buy her a flight to Mexico and then she can just enter through the southern border, easy peasy.

She has of course but she is Russian which is not European, that is more difficult for her, that's why her lawyer told her to write a paper (which I don't know what it is), which can be provided to agencies and signed to hire her as a model for work? I don't know because I haven't asked more, I told her if to find something to send to her to search or talk for more.

You know it would be easier to just shoot her over there - either fly out or find a photographer/agency who'll do it. Other than that - how long is she planning on visiting?

I don't know her plans, nothing. She just asked me if I knew someone from the US to do this work with her lawyer. I talked with 2-3 people and gave her the connections.

Here ask if someone has any other solution - an idea to tell her and that's it.

OF models that dont do porn are getting refused by immigration.

I highly doubt that she will find a way.

And if she tries to work here without a VISA she may be turned away at customs and banned from re-entry for 5 years.
