Need some help with flash MX
I'm working on a flash design with macromedia flash MX.
You can see a test here: http://www.freecherrys.com/flash/index_sp.htm The problem is, at the link menu on the top right side you see an animation when the mouse pointer comes over the text....... when i insert a link with macromedia flash MX the animation is screwed up. Anyone have any idea? |

are you refering to how the text expands a bit when rolled over? One solution for this may be to make the text an object (if it isn't already) and/or resize the text to 99.9% of what it is. Not sure why this works - but it has solved this unwanted movement for me.

Your dot animation seems to work fine if you come in throught the dot with your mouse... but if you come in throught he word (Get Your Pass) thats where it bugs...
It's hard to tell without having the source of the animation... but do you have like two rollovers buttons on that same place? Or u using TellTarget rollovers or simple Flash Buttons?

Qumbus,
Don't know how much help I can be, but it looks like the spacing in the letters is messed up on the rollover. "Get Your Pass" becomes "Get Y our Pass". It looks like the o in your is too far away from the Y. Just make sure the letter alignment and spacing are ok. |

Was the original movie created with flash mx?
It can be tricky editing a flash 5 movie with mx. The problem could be any one of several things. If you want to post the url of the .fla file I'll try to help
