I have 2 Podcasts. Both of them lack proper marketing and quality of filming. The content itself is from great quality and there comes the monetization.

First one is about the online dating industry

it brings us mostly affiliates for API as there are some good videos up there. This is targeting all people working in online adult dating.

Second one is about Affiliate management

over this I get consultancy gigs, CVs for my HR company, invites to speak on conferences and most important buyers for my book This is targeting all people that work in an Affiliateprogram/network

I try to listen to yours, but I don't have time to watch youtube videos. If you exported the audio and had a proper RSS feed you'd be in my regular podcast player rotation

I only listen to podcasts in audio, when I'm out and about. Google Podcasts are my supplier of choice.

No, but my brain doesn't work like that anyway...

There's nothing that could be mentioned on a podcast that would make me think - 'I Must Get That'

Even if they talked about something Id never heard of, Id still do a lot of independent research myself to find the mix of best quality / price
I would never by anything just because it was mentioned on a podcast...

& I actually listen to a LOT of podcasts... Usually a couple of hours worth each day, so that's about 18 to 20 hours worth each week...

Have considered doing one in part to promote one of the sponsors in my sig....Easy to find guests, etc.

But as said, there's a lot already out there.
