Kat, we can't hire non-Americans unless they have a work Visa, which is very hard to get. Canadians can get one if they have a certain degree, and that's about it!

I did notice that the prices there are going up quickly there though -- I think a lot of high-tech companies are moving out of San Francisco to Sacramento... which would probably be good if you were buying something up there... it still has that small town feel to it... but some of the locals seemed kindof pissed that the rents were climbing so fast.

I know Photoshop and some flash, currently learning the scripting part of flash!

Thing is I'm only 18 years old! So I don't know if I'd get a working visa : (

my uncle bought two twenty appartment buildings in Florida, moved there, and he could stay as long as he had those....

thought there were different kind of visa, including working visas....

I mean, if I was a government, I'd gladly give a working visa out... I mean, they can work and stay, but no work... no stay... so only profits for them

As I am industry (chemical/oil) based, i'll be looking for work around there.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and take a guess at what a webmaster that is up to Lensman's standards would make.....
I get the feeling that Lens is the type of guy that knows a good thing when he sees it, and isn't afraid to throw some good bucks at it (or him... or her, as the case may be)
Also, he's asking that the candidates move to Californy ("the place ya outta BE" as it were), and the cost of living is higher there than, well, Winnipeg, Canada anyway

I'll wager that one of these jobs would pay from $4k to $5k per month, to start anyway. Let's say $45k to $55k per year? Am I in the ball park? (or am I so far out to lunch I have to pack a sandwich to get back?)
