Generally no, as that would send your traffic to https://www.mature.nl/en/update/1529...ndma-anneliese without it first passing through /track on NATS, which does a lot of backend things for tracking.

Can you share a normal/default link of yours for mature.nl here and I can help you further?

You should add the path of the redirection
if your link code is:

You are correct overall, and deep linking is where I was going to guide them to. I wanted to verify it for their particular situation, but they haven't yet replied here

It will work on the vast majority of NATS installs, but in rare cases some sites are setup to not allow it and rather have ?path= appended after the redirect. (I would be surprised if you ever ran into a site with this configured, but best to verify to be sure)
